Oil bath air filter

This oil bath is unrecognisable to me, as I am used to 67 vans.
It's serial number is 261 128 613A. (I think, my eye sight is not great) I assume it's for a Type 2.
It's overall condition is good and clean. However, the flap at the air intake is missing. There are 2 outlets next to the flap, one has collar the other is just a circular hole with no collar. (See pics)
