Re: 61 RHD devon
Everything on the front end is ready for the nose to fit, all spot welded in and primed.
We need to blast the inner dash area and then paint before the nose is fully installed.

Re: 61 RHD devon
Moving to the rear we start with setting the new engine lid gaps. Once ready the D posts are welded to the chassis (via the supports and coffin pieces) then on to the battery trays, wheel arches and engine side trays.

Re: 61 RHD devon
And we have a rock solid shell! Doesn't look like the same bus! Probably because 95% of it is brand new lol. Great work Will so pleased with what you have done. Nice to see her looking like a real bus again!
Re: 61 RHD devon
Looking for opinions please, the bus came originally with two rear side pop outs and four fixed side windows! My initial thoughts were to keep as was as final build will be almost standard,
but am now thinking all pop outs, will be having have front and rear safaris. I've asked my eldest 12 year old and he says all openers which I'm now leaning towards, any opinions much appreciated............
