Re: AGM and Annual Rally 14-16 August 2020

This is the latest guidance from the gov.uk website covering restrictions from 4th July.. I'm you've probably all heard already, Stanford Hall has been cancelled. Hopefully as a much smaller event with the ability to comply with social distancing, we will still be able to go ahead. Rikki had plans for a convoy, I'd like to try something along the lines of the old BVF Rundfahrt..who remem...

Re: Massive anti climax

The 71 early bay is not a million miles from your split. Everything that has been fixed and set up properly on that bay can be done to your split and it will be just as good. There is an added bonus. As I was driving home this afternoon a bloke whipped his phone out to film me pulling away from the ...

AGM and Annual Rally 14-16 August 2020

First the good news, with the lifting of restrictions on campsites we are able to go ahead with the AGM at Victoria Farm in August. Those restrictions that are still in place will limit the weekend in some respects, but if you want a chilled camping weekend meeting up with old friends and making new...

Re: Clutch Cable Replacement

It is fairly straightforward to replace, you just have to slip the Bowden tube out of the bracket on the gearbox so it's straight enough for the threaded portion of the new cable to pass through. Not sure where you have a spanner stuck, there should be a wing nut on the cable. Unless it's different ...

As far as we know it is going ahead and we will have our usual field. But as you know, things change on virtually a daily basis.

Re: fuel pump

Stock pump is more than capable, but if they are twin webers it will be more pressure than they like. Search on here but I'm fairly sure a stock pump puts out about 8 psi where the carbs are happier at 3.5. Lower pressure electric pump or filter king regulator, I've used both successfully. What carb...
