Imported my 66 model year crew cab (actually built Sept 65) at the end of 2002 from South Africa. I got BTI approval no problem at all, so there's a precedent....

I've just had a second order delivered from Wolfsburg West, everything arrived OK a couple of days after the order was placed, as did a bill from fedex for customs duty. Depends what you need, but for the stuff I ordered it worked out much cheaper than buying in the UK even allowing for shipping and...

Body/tyre clearance and lowering

Help me out here...before I get into trouble. I plan to do the Creative IRS thing when I start to restore my crew cab. No red'n boxes equals 3 inches or so lower at the back. Then to balance, either dropped spindles or adjuster fitted to front beam. Question is this...will I then have clearance prob...
