not sure but i have replaced the front nose cone gearbox mount on a stock setup, engine out but box still in. Abolsolute pain in the back side, next time i would pull the box and save me a load of hassle and time, you have to slaken of the frame horn bolts and idealy the spring plate bolts so you mi...

as above but whatever you do, do not put the front screens or the steering box or the pedals in until you have completed all the dash/cab wiring ,

its a combination of the repro seals being too thick and new paint ie high build primer and paint. I have tries seals from two of the usual suspects and no joy , maybe the WCM ones are better. I know a few who have sanded the seals thinner. I currentl run without

yes your top tops are not assembled properly, the bottom bar has elongated holes wich alows adjustment but you will beed to lift the door top out of the door, sounds like you need to make the bottom bar more parralel with the top of the window frame

You are going to get 50% positive and 50% negative views LOL Pros it's much faster, I can cruise at 80mph it's much quieter I can overtake things on the motorway It doesn't need servicing every 5 minutesjust oil, filter and plugs once a year, fuel filter every other year. It doesn't need adjusting ...
