I wonder why these importers never register them.
If its sat on his drive in this weather, I don't suppose it'll look that "good" for long.
Engine bay is a mess. No fuel hose clips / straight out the farm yard look.

Factory brakes had the bleed nipple at the bottom on buses, so that is not the cause of your problems.
Having the HB at the top means the cable route is better & you use your HB far more often than you bleed the brakes.
Either way around, the pedal braking power will be the same.

Looks like it's on the wrong side of the bus
